3rd Parent-Teacher Conference

Side note:

Before starting my new post, I would like to thank all my readers and followers. You are the reason why I am motivated to write.

Thirteen days to go and it's our academy's third PTC. Though it isn't the first time for me to organize this event, but still I am a bit nervous. Nervous because I want to do things right and like the previous two, I want it to be successful as well. If there are things I can do to better this 3rd PTC, I hope to do it this time. I want to exceed my own expectations.

Firstly, I expect full cooperation from teachers and parents involved. I believe this activity is beneficial to both parties; it creates an open communication between parents and teachers about the progress of the kids and what else needs to be done to help the kids improve their English skills and more so, to excel academically in their individual schools.

Secondly, I would like to remind myself of the following:
Since there are only a few days left, I need to ready the QPRs (Quarterly Progress Report) and the score sheets of my students, the young learners. Also, I have to make a follow-up regarding the invitation letters given to the parents. Some of them haven't returned the reply form yet. Another thing is to remind all the teachers to prepare the QPRs, score sheets and the compilation of their students' work within this week so as not to rush things.

Putting all these reminders into words makes me feel am ready for Monday. Let's start workin'!
