Is she all set? A BIG Yes!!!
On her way to the airport, she remained silent in the cab clutching the travel wallet that contained all her travel documents - airplane tickets (onward and return tickets), COE, ITR, hotel voucher, company ID, even a bank statement just in case the immigration officer would need a proof. For the complete list of the requirements should you want to travel to Korea and Japan, please check out www.relitours.ph and http://www.thepoortraveler.net/2013/12/korea-visa-requirements-manila-embassy-application/.
As soon as she arrived at the airport, she headed to the travel tax counter right away, paid her tax, then went straight to the check-in counter. She was asked by the usual questions, plus her itinerary and onward ticket to the third country, which was Japan. Then, it's time to face the 'immigration officers' who made her knees grow weak. While waiting in line, she muttered a prayer pleading the Lord to let her pass through the immigration. Finally, her turn came. She approached the immigration officer feigning a smile hiding all the fears and confidently answered all the questions. When Mr. Officer stamped her passport and motioned her to proceed, she wanted to cry and scream and say "Thank you, Lord." She was trembling because of overwhelming joy. She walked at a slow pace towards her friend waiting for her. She couldn't stop smiling.
On the plane, she took in the sights from above till she fell asleep. Three hours passed and finally, the plane was hovering over Korea. When the plane landed and the passengers disembarked, the dry cold wind welcomed her. She kept on telling herself, "I am indeed in Korea." She couldn't contain her happiness then. She and her friend took the airport bus bound for Daejeon, the city she used to live in two years ago. She couldn't believe that she was finally back to the place she called 'a home away from home.'
After two hours, they arrived home. She hugged her Korean mom so tight, had a Korean dinner and slept. She slept with a big smile across her face.
God will grant your heart's desire when you prayed for it earnestly. God sees your heart. Trust Him. God knows how she felt before the trip. Read more about it here: Trip to Korea and Japan
